Hayley Sim, RN, MSN, RES-CPT

Restorative Exercise Specialist

Hayley is a masters level Registered Nurse and a certified Restorative Exercise Specialist. She was born to help others and has a love for both conventional medicine and alternative therapies. In her journey to heal from her own pain and complications from pregnancy, she discovered Restorative Exercise and a love for whole body solutions. She found her passion for teaching as an assistant professor for Weber State University and currently teaches online classes for BYU-Idaho in addition to her online Restorative Exercise classes. She also homeschools three small children. Hayley loves helping people who are in pain move their bodies in ways that promote health and restoration. By sharing her understanding of body alignment, Hayley guides clients through simple Restorative Exercises that prevent chronic pain and allow the body to do what it was designed to do--heal and regenerate!
